A few days ago, China United Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd. signed a contract for major national science and technology special tasks for the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" with 18 subject-bearing units in Beijing. Zhou Shouwei, deputy general manager of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, said that the signing of the contract introduced the market mechanism through scientific research in the form of Party A and Party B. He hoped that Zhonglian Company would actively organize all units to conscientiously complete various tasks agreed upon in the contract, and The basin's experimental zone of coalbed gas, tight sandstone gas, and shale gas combined gas exploration has pushed China's unconventional natural gas development technology to a higher level.
It is understood that the "12th Five-Year Plan" large-scale oil and gas fields and national gas exploration and development of major national science and technology projects started in April 2010. China United and the 18 cooperatives have compiled 27 task contracts based on key technologies that require key research. The signing of this task contract is conducive to the overall planning of tasks and the content of research, which is conducive to the close integration of key technical problems and production needs, and is conducive to the formation of tangible research results and independent intellectual property rights.
