Product Introduction
Heavy Bridge Frame Trailer is a heavy special vehicle which is connected by tractor, hydraulic multi axle-line trailer, and bridge frame. The tractor provides power, the hydraulic multi axle-line trailer provides supporting to the complete vehicle. The lifting of goods and steering of this vehicle is controlled by hydraulic system.Â
The structure of the vehicle is main beam + side beam + cantilever berm. The connection between each part of beams is used the pin to fix.
In order to make sure a stable transportation, there is loading beam between bridge frame and modules, so that the fixing between each part with the adjustable rob, and to adjust the height of vehicle, to fulfill the transporting of all kinds of goods.
Technical Advantages
1. This trailer uses a beam in three section structure, without sub-beam (only the side beam, loading beam, side beam). The connection mode of side beam and loading beam is determined by the design.Â
2. The whole structure is designed to load 500T. The loading beam is capable to load 500T, and the effective length is 13500mm. The bridge-structure is based on the shoulder seat bearing. When the concentrated load reaches 500T, the shoulder seat bearing of the loading beam is 800mm.
3. The inside width of load beam is adjustable from 3200mm to 5200mm. The rod adjustment combines the pin, axle and thread.
4. The connection between the load beam and platform uses limitation block. The length of beam is from 12000mm to 13500mm.
5. The width of loading beam of bridge frame trailer will be narrowed when it can meet the strength to make the whole frame as narrow as possible.Â
