TSC-75/180 TWO STAGE EXTRUDER
 
TSC-75/180 two-stage screw extruder has been greatly optimized according to the practical situation in the production.
1. The extrusion equipment comes with an automatic calculating and mixing system for the large-scale production of PVC material. Thus the labor cost and human mistakes are largely reduced.
2. A loss in weight (LIW) type automatic dosing system has been designed to meet the requirements of the processing of cross-linked materials. So every ingredient, including some low-content processing agents and cross-linking agents will be accurately added.
3. In our two-stage screw extrusion facility, the well designed barrel of the twin screw extruder can be adjusted in terms of length/diameter ratio (L/D) from 7 to 48, according to the properties of the processing materials. The barrel for the material feeding, venting, vacuuming, and extruding can be assembled easily just like building blocks. In addition, the screws of our two-stage screw extruder come with different shapes so that you can choose the right one for your production.
