The ammonium nitrate technical transformation installation project of Anhui Huaihua Co., Ltd. contracted by Sai Ding Corporation (EPC) was completed. The equipment was successfully tested in one-time feeding and the product specifications met the design requirements. Sai Ding Co., Ltd. uses today's advanced ammonium nitrate production technology to design a new 200,000-ton/year porous ammonium nitrate plant and adopts advanced ammonium nitrate process technology to transform the conventional atmospheric neutralization process of ammonium nitrate in the old system. The original equipment and equipment aging, serious run-off leakage, serious corrosion of the bearing wall and the ground, wall peeling, exposed steel bars and other hidden dangers, to achieve industrial technology upgrades and progress, improve production safety, improve the production environment, production capacity from 15 10,000 tons/year was raised to 200,000 tons/year, achieving the purpose of increasing production and efficiency. At the same time, in order to support the pressurization and neutralization of ammonium nitrate, SaiDing built a new double-pressurization method with a capacity of 270,000 tons/year of dilute nitric acid to make the product structure more reasonable.
