The research results formed in this project have improved the technical level of on-site detection of electric energy meters in Beijing, provided technical methods for on-site inspections, filled the gaps in domestic smart meter field verification, and promoted the change of metering and supervision modes for energy meters such as electric meters. Measurement management innovation promotes the development of measurement technology, and measurement technology development supports the demonstration case of measurement management innovation.
At the same time, this topic is of great significance for improving and perfecting the long-term supervision mechanism for the civil four-meter (water, electricity, gas, and heat meters), mediating measurement disputes, protecting the legitimate interests of consumers, and maintaining market measurement order.
