China's first MA large axial compressor developed successfully

This large-scale axial compressor, called MA100, is the axial-flow main fan of Shenyang Blowing Group for the 600,000-ton/year catalytic cracking unit of Ningxia Baota Petrochemical Group. The machine adopts the internationally advanced Japanese Mitsui design technology. Based on the experimental data, the axial flow compressor runner is rationally designed to ensure the excellent and accurate performance of the product. It has the characteristics of stable operation, low noise, safety and reliability. Completely replace imported products to meet domestic production needs.
In order to speed up the progress of China's axial compressor technology, Shenyang Blower Group introduced advanced technology of large-scale axial compressor from Mitsui in Japan at the end of 2004. Based on digestion and absorption, after many experiments, the Group has played a role in the R&D and manufacturing of compressors. After more than two years of unremitting efforts, the company finally developed the first MA type axial compressor.
According to experts, Shaanxi Blower Group has imported A-type and AV-type large-scale axial compressor technology from Sulzer, Switzerland, and has achieved localization through technological innovation. The successful introduction and development of the MA type large-scale axial compressor not only expanded the technical scope of similar compressors in China, but also added new categories, and was more conducive to the overall improvement of China's axial compressor technology.
Shenyang Blower Group is the vanguard of China's wind turbine industry. Over the past 30 years, it has provided more than 1,400 domestic compressors for key projects in China's petrochemical and metallurgical industries, and occupied 80% of the domestic market. The successful development of the MA type large axial compressor will definitely create new achievements in the progress of localization of large compressors in China.
