Continental Group recently stated that it will recruit 5,500 junior employees this year, mainly for university graduates and young professionals in the world. The main purpose is to introduce new knowledge and new ideas and enhance their own innovation capabilities.
Continental said that of the new 5,500 employees in the group, approximately 4,000 will work on engineering design and 1,500 will be responsible for business operations. The recruiters are mainly pharmacists, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and professionals in economics, law, and human resources management.
The Continental Group currently has cooperation projects with nine universities worldwide, including MIT and Tongji University.
