Dangerous goods related knowledge

Business households engaged in road transport of dangerous goods must meet the following conditions in addition to the basic conditions for ordinary road transport of goods:

1. Dangerous goods vehicles, containers, loading and unloading machinery and work tools must comply with the conditions stipulated by the Ministry of Communications JT3130 “Car Dangerous Goods Transport Regulations” and be qualified by road transport management agencies.

2. It has corresponding facilities and equipment that can ensure the safe transportation of dangerous goods.

3. The parking garage shall ensure the smooth flow of vehicles, and shall have the relevant department's approval to permit the parking of dangerous goods transport vehicles. If there are special vehicles for dangerous goods, a corresponding number of enclosed garages shall be provided.

4. Pilots, escorts, stevedores, and related business managers who are directly engaged in the transport of dangerous goods on roads must master the relevant knowledge of dangerous goods transportation and hold management of road transport management agencies or dangerous goods at or above the local (city) level. The "Dangerous Goods Transport Operation Certificate for Roads" issued by the agency.

5, Dangerous goods transport vehicle drivers must have more than 2 years of safe driving experience or safe driving mileage to more than 50,000 kilometers.

6. In addition to the conditions specified in the “Detailed Rules” mentioned above, a unit engaged in the transport of dangerous roads for commercial roads shall also have five or more vehicles for dangerous goods, three or more years of management experience in transport operations, and shall have corresponding Professional and technical management personnel (at least one of whom have primary technical titles in the chemical industry), and has established a sound safety operation procedures, post responsibility system vehicle equipment maintenance, maintenance and safety and quality education regulations.
