From July 13 to 14, the Dongfeng Motor Engineering Vehicle Division held the 2013 Henan Regional Industry Training Exchange Conference in Zhengzhou. Participants in the training included Zhonglian Lianfa, Zhumadian Huarui, Henan Nordkin, Nanyang Yijia, and Luohe Dehua, all 14 exclusive dealers and all staff of the Henan Supervision Office.
The contents of this training include the Dongfeng Engineering Vehicle Industry Sub-classification and daily management methods; Dongfeng's new product introduction, namely Dongfeng Rio Tinto UPS core selling point “NB128â€, Dongfeng Xinjin Card “three major†and “seven sharp toolsâ€; Dongfeng Construction Vehicle Corporate culture; Dongfeng Engineering Vehicles new car preparation; engineering vehicle division sales process and so on.
At the end of the training, examinations were conducted, and grade adjustments were made for some industries based on the results. Three were adjusted by sales managers to sales executives, and four were adjusted by sales managers to sales consultants.
The exclusive industry generation is the backbone of dealer sales and is the ultimate executor of sales promotion. The engineering vehicle division will implement industry “multi-station training†in the off-season sales season to enhance the business level of the industry and improve the overall operating capabilities of dealers.
