Fluorine Industry Cluster Becomes Fengzhen Industrial Economic Highlights
Fengzhen City develops circular economy and extends the industrial chain, making the fluorine chemical industry cluster a highlight of the industrial economy. Last year, the city’s fluorinated industrial park sales revenue reached 15.8 billion yuan, making it the only one in Wulanchabu City to enter the “double-billion†project in the autonomous region.
In recent years, Fengzhen City has taken the development of recycling economy as a breakthrough point for enhancing the level of economic development and building a new type of industrialized city. It has vigorously developed the recycling economy and downstream industries such as fluorine chemicals and waste residue disposal, and formed the San Ai Fu, Wan Hao, and Otpe. Fluorine industrial clusters consisting mainly of 6 fluorinated industrial enterprises such as Fuhua, Changxin and Changchun. At present, the raw materials and waste between these six companies have been recycled, and each company has its own industrial chain. Outer Hydrogen fluoride and calcium carbide are the upstream products of San Aifu. The calcium carbide slag produced by San Ai Fu is the main raw material of Everflux. It forms an industry chain combining large and small cycles and many products. The investment in fixed assets of 6 fluorine chemical enterprises exceeds 1 billion yuan, and all products are exported, forming an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons, and the sales revenue is about 1.2 billion yuan.
Since 2010, Fengzhen City has introduced 16 fluorine chemical product development projects with a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan from Shanghai San Aifu Group. Up till now, four fluorine chemical products have been put into production and a total investment of 1.35 billion yuan has been completed. After all the projects have been completed, the fluorine chemical production capacity will exceed 500,000 tons, and Fengzhen will become the largest fluorine chemical industry base in the country.
The city's calcium carbide, ferroalloy and other industries started at the beginning of this century. The amount of fly ash and iron alloy waste produced each year is huge. Since 2009, the city has formulated a five-year development plan for the metallurgical and iron and steel industry, which has pushed up pressure, developed circular economy and extended the industrial chain. In order to increase resource utilization and reduce environmental pollution, last year, we successfully introduced and built six fly ash and ferroalloy waste residue treatment projects, including Menglian Building Materials Foam Insulation Materials, Guofeng Building Materials, and Fuxin Waste Residue Utilization, to digest pulverized coal annually. 500,000 tons of ash and 800,000 tons of ferroalloy scrap.
The stone industry is a traditional industry in the city. It processes more than 1.2 million square meters of various types of plates every year.
