Following Sany Heavy Industry's 100 million euro investment in Germany, the Shenyang Machine Tool Plant recently announced that it will establish a European headquarters in Berlin in 2012. This is the company's new move to Germany after it acquired the Hess Machine Tool Plant in Germany.
