The stable operation of 6 MPS280 roller-type coal mills heavily manufactured by North Heavy Industry shows that our coal mill has advanced technology, high quality, reasonable structure, convenient installation and maintenance, stable and reliable operation, coal mill resistance and power consumption. A number of technical indicators are better than imported technical indicators, and have been widely praised by the owners and Chinese and foreign industry insiders. This is another major breakthrough after the successful use of 12 sets of BBD4360 double-inlet and double-out coal mills manufactured by Shandong Zouxian Power Plant 2×1000MW units. At present, among the three 1000MW unit projects in China, the coal mill equipment of these two projects are heavily manufactured by the North Heavy Industry, and all have independent intellectual property rights.
The 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit of the first phase of Guodian Taizhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. is the national key project. It is the third project of the 1000MW unit currently put into operation in China, and the first one to adopt the medium-speed coal-fired mechanism powder system. The project using domestic independent intellectual property equipment has a strong engineering demonstration role. In 2005, with the advanced technical solutions and the use of more large vertical mills, the contract for 12 medium-speed coal mills of two units of the project was obtained.

At the same time, the dynamic and static combined rotary separator, rotating nozzle ring, loading and connecting type, grinding area structure including the grinding roller device have also made great technical improvements, and all adopted three-dimensional software design.
