This mould can be used to produce many material plastic lid,BOPS, HIPS, PS, PVC and PET, especially bops. And this mould can be customized, whether for boxes, containers , covers, plates, trays, etc.. And it is mainly apply to the machine HFTF2023BOPS which is shown below.

-Microprocessor-based control system (PLC)
-Servo motor drive sheet transport system
-High speed forming air
-Multi zone heating controller through solid state relay
-High quality lapped spool valves for all control functions
-Automatic unwind and rewind equipment for material and web
-Four toggle systems which located lower on the mould
-Heating plate is moving, mould is un-moving.
-Low air consumption
-Low maintenance
