Wafer Soft-sealed Butterfly Valve
Summary:
The valve has compacted structure, small flow-resistance with the flow pattern tend to be straight so that no sundries is kept inside. What`s more, it is light and convenient to install. The valve can be applied to cut off or regulate the flow of media. The valve can be actuated by operating lever, handle wheel, electric actuator or pneumatic actuator.
Unique Design:
The disc and the stem are connected without the structure of pin bolts, which guarantees no inner leakage.
Sealed surface of the disc is spherically shaped, which promotes the sealing capacity and increases the durability, which is to say even if opened and closed with pressure more than 50000 times, it remains no leakage.
Upon requests, the disc can be coated with Nylon or F46, Excellent anti-corrosion.
The valve body is coated with epoxy resin without any exposure of iron.
