On May 26th, Qilu Acrylic Fiber Factory's acrylonitrile modification and expansion project completed the inspection and acceptance of all the towers. After the construction personnel filled the tunnel plates in an orderly and orderly manner, the manholes were sealed and all the towers were installed and sealed.
From May 18th, the inspection and acceptance team consisting of the plant's equipment department, science and technology development center, acrylonitrile workshop equipment and technology group, with the cooperation of Nanjing Engineering Company personnel, the recycling tower of the acrylonitrile refining area (T-104 ), Dehydrocyanic acid tower (T-106), product tower (T-107) and acetonitrile tower (T-110) four towers and internal pressure vessel inspection and acceptance.
The inspection contents include the dimensions of the bottom plate of the downcomer plate and the bottom of the tray, the height of the weir, the balance of the plate, and some problems in the construction and installation. In order to strive for the high quality acceptance of the towers, the inspection team members optimized the construction and acceptance plans, and carried out construction, inspection, and rectification. For example, the tray size and height exceeded the allowable range of error, the supporting ring welding failed, and the direction of the float valve was incorrect. Such problems as missing or missing have been solved in the construction process; after the construction has been completed, similar problems such as unseat of the tray bolts and garbage in the tower have not been promptly cleared, then contact the construction personnel immediately and urge them as soon as possible. Rectification ensures that every minute of the project progress is not delayed.
