With the extensive application of ultra-high pressure technology in China's major equipment manufacturing and emerging industries, the accurate delivery of ultra-high-pressure power values ​​is high-speed locomotive manufacturing, launch vehicles, new nuclear power materials, high pressure fuel injection of engines, and ultra-high pressure food sterilization. High-pressure water cutting and other fields provide reliable measurement technology guarantees. The performance of ultra-high pressure metering instruments puts higher requirements on the accuracy of ultra-high-pressure force values. In order to adapt and promote the application and development of ultra-high pressure technology in emerging fields, it is particularly necessary to improve and perfect the comparison method and device for ultra-high pressure.
The "Ultra-high-pressure National Reference Comparison Method and Device Study" project group uses manganese-manganese pressure gauges as the pressure measurement cores. Through bridge arm resistance matching, a Wheatstone bridge for pressure measurement is constructed and an integrated UHV differential is designed. Pressurized manganin pressure gauge assisted balance device realizes the comparison of ultra-high pressure controlled gapped piston pressure gauge, realizes the function of differential pressure measurement under ultra-high pressure, integrated bridge structure, offsets the effect of temperature drift, and improves The accuracy of differential pressure measurement. The direct balance method was used to compare the controlled-gap piston pressure gauge and the high-pressure free-displacement piston pressure gauge, and the effective area and deformation coefficient of the free deformable piston pressure gauge under zero pressure were reproduced. The project team published 2 related articles and applied for 2 invention patents. After the investigation of science and technology, the “integrated differential pressure manganese copper pressure gauge auxiliary balance device†developed by the project is novel, the research results have reached the international advanced level, and provide a specific experimental complex for the deformation coefficient of the high pressure piston pressure gauge. The current method opens up a unified experimental exploration and technical support for high-pressure pressure values.
