At 17:17 on March 20, the QXL48-17.5-AII coal-fired steam injection boiler developed by Liaohe Oilfield General Machinery Plant has been operating stably for 384 hours at Huanxiling Coal-fired Steam Injection Station No. 2, producing qualified steam 1.434. Ten thousand tons, all technical indicators have reached the design requirements, can meet the needs of steam drive mining process.
QXL48—17.5—AII coal-fired steam injection boiler is designed for the steam drive mining process in Liaohe Oilfield. It differs from a single-port boiler in that it only injects steam into a single well, and can simultaneously inject steam into eight well groups. According to industry experts, this boiler is by far the world's largest coal-fired steam injection boiler.
In 2006, Liaohe Oilfield General Machinery Plant successfully developed a 23-ton coal-fired steam injection boiler, which is the world's first coal-fired steam injection boiler with independent intellectual property rights. The newly developed 48-ton boiler inherits the technical advantages of the 23-ton coal-fired steam injection boiler and adopts a beam-type chain grate and a double-tube DC structure that are more suitable for large-tonnage DC steam injection boilers.
According to the relevant technical personnel, this type of boiler started research and development in 2007. In September of that year, it entered the site installation and construction of the station area. It was completed at the end of February this year and passed the pre-acceptance of Liaohe Oilfield on March 3. At 17:17 on March 4, the test injection was officially put into operation in Huanxiling Oilfield to provide steam injection service for Qi 40 steam drive project. After 16 days of operation, the current working pressure is 10 MPa to 14 MPa, the dryness is 75% to 80%, and the daily steam injection amount is 840 tons.
It is understood that in the past two years, Liaohe Oilfield Machinery Plant has completed the upgrade of steam injection boiler technology with the goal of “doing specializing in fine boiler technology and making the boiler industry bigger and strongerâ€.
