[Chinese instrument network enterprise weather vane] On November 13th, a project involving smart water meters with a total investment of 2 billion yuan was settled in Lankao County, Henan Province. It is reported that the project has settled in a land of more than 200 mu of idle land in Lankao County, of which the fixed assets investment is 1.6 billion yuan.
The project was signed by the People's Government of Lankao County and Henan Changcheng Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd. For our instrument industry, Henan Great Wall Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd. is not well-known and has the ability to build this major project. According to the investigation, Henan Great Wall Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd. is actually a joint venture established by Henan Kaide Group and Shenzhen Hao Ningda Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd. and was incorporated in Lankao County in July 2015.
Among them, Henan Kaide Group is a company that focuses on new energy, real estate, driving school training and automobile sales. Its sales of natural gas, logistics, real estate and BYD auto in Kaifeng are its core business. Hao Ningda is an electric instrument, microelectronics and components R & D and production enterprises.
It can be seen that at the technical level of the company, both parties do not have much capital in the field of smart water meters. Although Hao Ningda is an electric instrument company, its main field is smart meters. However, it is understood that smart water meter project construction will adopt the side-by-side model of plant sales. The products sold are jointly manufactured by Henan Great Wall Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Hao Ningda Instrument Co., Ltd. I wonder if this is a plan for Hao Ningda to develop the smart meter market.
In addition to smart water meters, the project also involves Chrysanthemum herbal tea and mineral water projects, rooftop 20 MW distributed solar power project, natural gas project, Internet online driving school platform, and is mostly the core business of both parties.
