TSC-75/200 TWO STAGE EXTRUDER
 
The TSC-75/200 two-stage screw extruder has two working stages.
 
1. The first stage work is done by the TSB or TSH series co-rotating twin crew mixer with advantages like high speed, high shear force, and great mixing performance provided by the twin screw. The target material has shorter residence time, while the plastification and mixing process are accomplished without pressure caused by die head
 
2. The second stage involves SE series Single screw extruder, whose screw speed is low and material filling capacity is large, so that plastified material won't decompose due to the lack of high temperature which can be caused by high speed. The parameters of the two-stage screw extrusion machine can be set in a wider range at each stage for different purposes, and accurate operation makes the extrusion facility suitable for various techniques. Thus the productivity will be also increased. Typically, TSC-75/200 two stage screw extruder is used for the processing of different kinds of thermal sensitive or shear-force sensitive material, such as PVC, XLPE, low smoke zero halogen flame retardant cable sheath and some kinds of shielding material.
