   Operation mode: Time mode, Energy Mode, Debug Mode.

   Amplitude adjustable, In the course of welding, operator can adjust the amplitude by 20% to 100%, and the accuracy reaches 1%. This reduce damaged work pieces and applicable to product of different size.

    Auto frequency Tuning: When Resonant frequency shift happens due to temperature change on the welding head in the course of ultrasonic welding,  It is necessary to correct the frequency timely. The digital circuit functions perfectly to ensure operation continue.

    Soft start is designed to avoid damage to the machine when frequency increases and ultrasonic waves generates.  Starting with Low output power and increase gradually can prevent huge current destroy machine of overload.

    Intelligent protection: Hongwei Ultrasonic welder is designed to keep safe when overload, overheat, and too big frequency deviation, loose load cable connection, damaged welding head or too high current.

    Hongwei Ultrasonic welding machine is designed to have a self-check when it starts.

   Work-piece shaking-out is an optional function in case the work piece sticks on the welding head when it is lifted
