Body and Cylinder Head: The body material is alloy cast iron. In order to improve the strength of the body, rigidification is performed from the center line of the crankshaft. At the same time, the diesel engine also uses replaceable wet cylinder liners. Each cylinder has a cover. Each cylinder head is equipped with a replaceable valve seat and valve guide.
Piston, connecting rod, and crankshaft assembly: The crankshaft is a forged part with a counterweight. The replaceable radial oil seals on the crankshaft and flywheel prevent lubrication from seeping through the crankcase. The connecting rods are made of swaged, obliquely slotted teeth positioned so that they can be removed from the top of the cylinder block along with the piston. The crankshaft and the ballast bearing use typical steel back lead copper alloy bearings. The piston uses internal cooling oil to cool the piston head. When the heat load is too high, the piston is cooled by the oil passageway of the piston head to prevent the piston from cracking and sticking. In order to achieve the desired cooling effect, the design of the oil passages, nozzles, and location, as well as the flow of oil in the oil passages, are critical.
Gas distribution system: The rear gear drive is located on the inner side of the flywheel housing and is wrapped around tongue crankshaft gears, camshaft gears, oil pump gears, and fuel injection pump gears. Valves are driven by the camshaft via tappets, push rods, and rocker arms.

Fuel system: The fuel pump sends the fuel to the diesel filter and enters the fuel injection pump. Then it enters the injector through the high-pressure fuel pipe. High-pressure fuel is injected into the cylinder through the injector, and the remaining fuel is returned to the fuel tank through the relief valve of the injector of the diesel engine.

Installation Tips
1. Clean off any dust, dirt or wax or other things before installation.
2. Measure the amount of protective film needed for the part to be fixed.
3. There is a transparent protective film on the surface which must be peeled off before use.
4. With a hair dryer, let the film be flexible and reduce wrinkles.
5. Even though it is waterproof, it cannot be completely submerged in water.
6. After assembly, please leave the car under the sun within 48 hours or do not wash the car in the meantime. Do not let the car stickers touch the water after installation for 48 hours.
