Loosen the filler cap, remove the drain plug and drain the engine oil. Use a recovery container to hold the engine oil. After the oil is drained, it is best to replace the oil filter. Install drain plugs with new gaskets, refill with new oil, warm up, and check for organic oil leaks around drain plugs and oil filters. Turn off the engine and wait ten minutes to check that the oil level is within the normal range.
