Yamba will build 100,000 tons of butyl acrylate plant
Sino-German joint venture Yangzi Petrochemical-BASF Co., Ltd. announced that it will build a new 100,000 tons/year butyl acrylate plant to expand its production capacity to 200,000 tons/year.
The device for the expansion was made of crude acrylic acid (99%) as raw material, esterified with n-butanol, and then subjected to extraction, recovery, and distillation to finally obtain butyl acrylate product. The project selects BASF's patented production technology and uses a continuous esterification process; the conversion rate of acrylic acid reaches 100%; the water is not required to remove the catalyst; only the reaction water needs to be sent to the wastewater treatment system; the esterification conditions are moderate; only a few Byproducts; advanced distillation technology, do not use azeotropic agents. It is understood that the total investment for the reconstruction and expansion project is US$95 million (about 630 million yuan), and the project construction period is expected to be 21 months.

The size of the dropper is 13mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm and 24mm. The material includes bamboo dropper, aluminum dropper, plastic dropper and so on. All samples are ready.
