Yaxing gains new energy vehicle production qualification

Yesterday, a good news came out from Yaxing Bus Co., Ltd., and in the list of “Recommended Models for Energy Saving and New Energy Vehicles Modeling, Promotion, and Application Projects” issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China recently, the JS6126 new energy bus produced by Yangzhou Yaxing Bus Co., Ltd. With the inclusion of chassis, Yaxing has thus become one of the more than 10 companies in China with qualification for the production of new energy buses.

In the area of new energy buses , Yaxing has exported pure electric buses to Qatar in 2007 and has undergone field operations inspections in the local market. Recently, the company successfully passed the qualification certification of the new energy bus production of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, indicating that Yaxing's hybrid vehicle technology is mature and can be mass-produced.

It is understood that in early 2009, the state promulgated the “Detailed Planning for the Revitalization of the Automotive Industry” and implemented the new energy vehicle strategy. At present, there are 100 domestic passenger car manufacturers and only 10 of them are qualified for the production of new energy buses.
