ZF Names New CEO Sommer to Ensure Policy Continuity
The reporter learned on July 11, 2011 that ZF Friedrichshafen, a German auto parts supplier, said that the company will appoint Stefan Sommer to replace Hans-Georg Holder. As the new CEO of the company, the appointment will take effect on May 1, 2012.
Sommer will join ZF in 2008 and will be a member of the company's board of directors. Since October 2010, he will be responsible for company supply chain management and procurement.
Giorgio Behr, chairman of the ZF Supervisory Board, said that this change in personnel is not a “huge changeâ€; on the contrary, it shows the continuity of corporate policies.

The supernatant fluid gradually rise to water collecting pipe discharge or reuse.
