The reporter learned from Shenyang Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. on October 9 that the high and low pressure cylinders of the BCL904+BCL905 reforming cycled hydrogen centrifugal compressor unit (H707 unit) were successfully tested one day ago, thereby proclaiming the largest circulating hydrogen in China. Centrifugal compressors have been successfully developed.
Last year, Shengu signed a contract with Qingdao Refining and Chemical to provide six major units for five sets of 10 million tons/year oil refining projects. The circulating hydrogen centrifugal compressor unit whose model is BCL904+BCL905 is the heart equipment of the continuous reforming unit, and is also one of the core equipments of the 10 million ton large oil refining unit currently under development in China. In addition, the unit is still the largest domestic circulating hydrogen centrifugal compressor, and is the largest domestic cylinder compressor. Before this, this kind of super-large compressor can only rely on imports because of its high technical content and difficult development. Shengu relied on its technical reserves with independent intellectual property rights and its solid R&D capabilities. After more than a year of hard work, it successfully achieved localization of this large-scale unit. It is expected that this will save the country tens of millions of dollars in equipment investment, and China has thus become one of the few countries in the world that can design and manufacture such compressors.
The successful development of this unit indicates that China has already possessed the design and manufacturing capabilities of the hydrogen compressor for the large-scale oil refinery with a capacity of 10 million tons, which fills the blank of the domestic technology and can replace similar imported products. Shen Drum started the development of large-scale cylindrical centrifugal compressors for domestic oil refining installations and made a technical reserve for the development of larger-scale compressors for oil refining installations in the future. It is also the development and development of heavy drum centrifugal compressors for follow-up heavy-duty drums. It has laid a solid foundation, such as the BCL904 of the aromatics unit of the Fujian Refinery Ethylene Project, the BCL904+BCL905 of the aromatics complex of the Fujian Refinery Ethylene Project, and the BCL1004+BCL1004 of the Dalian Fujia Aromatic Unit.
In recent years, the demand for refined oil in China has grown rapidly, and large-scale oil refining projects with a capacity of 10 million tons have been successively launched. The demand for ultra-large-scale tubular centrifugal compressors has increased and the flow volume has also increased. The H707 unit developed by Shengu is an integration of advanced mature cell technology. It is not only suitable for large-scale 10 million tons of oil refining, but also can be transplanted to large-scale PX devices, large-scale chemical fertilizers, and centrifugal compressors for various uses in the petrochemical industry. The market prospect is very broad.
Hydraulic Press
How does a hydraulic press work? Pascal's Law in action
In a hydraulic press, a modest mechanical force (F1) is applied to a small area (A1). As the fluid is moved in one location, it inevitably moves elsewhere within that channel. Then a larger area (A2) generates a magnified mechanical force (F2). The force is transmitted via hydraulic pressure generated by the initial effort, F1.
Application areas are almost limitless. Usually, a laboratory hydraulic press will be used to prepare samples for analysis by compressing them into pellets or thin films. The particles are forced together, creating a homogenous sample ideal for spectroscopic examination.
