From January to August this year, China exported 180,500 vehicles to its exporters with an export value of 3,203 million US dollars.
According to the statistics of import and export statistics provided by the General Administration of Customs, the analysis of the import and export of commercial vehicles in China since August 2010:
First, the export of commercial vehicles
In August of this year, commercial vehicles exported 20,700 vehicles, a decrease of 19.97% from July, an increase of 12.95% over the same period of 2009, and an export volume of US$420 million, an increase of 19.58% over the same period of 2009. Among them, the number of trucks exported was 17,000, a decrease of 17.66% from July, and an increase of 12.81% from the same period of 2009; the value of exports was 261 million US dollars, an increase of 29.73% over the same period of 2009.
In the first eight months of this year, the cumulative exports of commercial vehicles totaled 180,500 vehicles, an increase of 26.19% over the same period of 2009; the cumulative amount of exports was 3.203 billion US dollars, an increase of 22.94% over the same period of last year. Among them, the accumulated export of trucks was 316,100, an increase of 22.62% over the same period of 2009; the cumulative export amount was 1.967 billion US dollars, an increase of 17.86% over the same period of last year.
The main exporting countries for commercial vehicles are Vietnam, Syria, Iran, Algeria, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Egypt, South Africa, and Iraq.
Second, the import of commercial vehicles
In August of this year, 2,303 commercial vehicles were imported, which was 7.55% lower than in July and an increase of 102.37% compared with the same period in 2009.
From January to August 2010, 13,971 commercial vehicles were imported, an increase of 116.37% over the same period of 2009.
Main imports of commercial vehicles: Japan, Germany, the United States, Sweden, South Korea and so on.
