As determined by the National Environmental Testing Center, its energy-saving and emission-reducing effects are significant. The atmospheric emission index is far lower than the national standard, and the combustion efficiency is as high as 88.4%, and the operating cost is low.
This high-energy fission coal-fired boiler is the result of years of research and development by Shaanxi Wave Company. The boiler adopts high-energy heat pipe heat transfer technology. It integrates vortex cyclone combustion and high-energy heat pipe heat transfer technologies into the boiler design with a new idea. It can burn out the tar and carbon black in coal. At the same time, in the system, a new technology for waste heat recovery from flue stacks and thermal energy recovery of heat pumps is designed. There is no chimney in the boiler room, no smoke is emitted from burning bituminous coal, no dust is emitted, and self-smoothing, dust removal and desulfurization are achieved.
At present, coal-fired boilers are still used in many areas of China, which not only pollutes the environment, but also wastes resources. This new technology can save coal energy, and the pollution emission is only 1/150 of the current national standards for coal-fired boilers.
