Touch screen filter press was successfully rebuilt
The technical transformation of the touch screen type KM150-1600 quick diaphragm filter press of the heavy coal group Yongchuan Washing Plant has been successfully completed and has been put into use recently. The cycle time of coal washing was shortened by 12 minutes per cycle, and the processing capacity per unit hour was increased by 25%. The original operation of 4 people per shift was reduced to 1 person, and the operation was simple, saving time and effort. The modified filter press can be automatically controlled according to the change of coal quality and the amount of washing, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of coal washing.
