This project is called the world's first wearable environmental tracker and can help you avoid air that you cannot see but is not clean. The tracker is a small, round, sensor-equipped device that closely monitors air quality, ultraviolet light, humidity, and temperature. All of this air data is sent to the companion smartphone app.
The user can quickly browse to see the local air quality, and the user can also upload data to create a pollution map. Of course, this tracking product is still in its early stages. Researchers are still studying the early prototypes of the tracker and are testing some high-end atmospheric sensors for these devices. If all goes well, the TZOA tracker is expected to be ready for production and launch for users in the summer of 2015.
